On April 5, 2024, Senda successfully delivered one set of DC uninterrupted power system with 10kV input and AC uninterrupted power system with 10kV input for China Mobile communication, which marks our company has made a breakthrough progress in the communication industry, and becomes the core equipment supplier among the communication industry power system!

Compared with the traditional scheme, the high efficient UPS plus integrated link can increase the efficiency. Under UPS double-transform working mode, the efficiency changes from 94.5% to 95.6%. In the intelligent online mode, the efficiency of intelligent integrated UPS has increased 3.3%, which is up to 97.8%.

Benefit from the innovative 500mm low-voltage power distribution cabinet and highly integrated modular design, a AC uninterrupted power supply system scheme with 10kV input through the plastic shell circuit breaker configuration, integrates the UPS input/output power distribution and UPS into a cabinet, which can greatly reduce the space of the overall equipment.

The cabinet for AC UPS system is connecting to the bus unit, which is placed in the top of low voltage cabinet, UPS and feeder cabinet. Two layers of horizontal main busbar, input main busbar and output busbar are designed on top cabinet, which can reduce the cable connection, improve the product reliability and reduce the construction cycle.

Design Description of the DC Uninterrupted Power Supply System with 10kV Input

It is an integrated uninterruptible power supply system based on the input voltage level 10kV and the output voltage DC240V / 336V. Compared with the traditional dual-conversion on-line UPS mode, the inverter link is cancelled, the battery is hung on the DC bus, in parallel with the rectifier, and supplies power to the IT equipment at the same time. Due to the simple topology of DC power supply, the failure rate is lower than UPS, and the modular design can be maintained online
